Questions agencies ask
- Who can see reporting in Slack?
- Only teammates who link their Slack account to an UpHex login. Each person sees exactly what their UpHex role allows: the same clients and reports they can open in UpHex, nothing more.
- Can two agencies share one Slack workspace?
- Uppie chat works for one UpHex agency per Slack workspace. If two agencies connect the same workspace, Uppie can't tell whose message it is and stays quiet there, so connect a workspace only your agency uses.
- We're white-label. What do our people see?
- The Slack app shows as UpHex, and linking an account happens on app.uphex.com. Keep that in mind before inviting the app into channels your clients can see.
- Is there a limit?
- Each person can ask Uppie up to 40 questions per hour in Slack. If they hit it, Uppie lets them know privately and they can keep going in UpHex.
